# How Login Authentication Works

To keep your account secure and your sign-in experience simple, PepCare now supports **One-Time Password (OTP)** authentication alongside traditional password login.

## Sign-Up with OTP

When creating a new PepCare account, you can verify your identity with a **One-Time Password** sent to your email or phone.

No need to remember complex passwords during registration — just enter the OTP to complete your sign-up.

**Sign-In with OTP**

Request a One-Time Password at login.

**Sign-In with Password**

Use your saved password if you prefer the traditional method.

Ideal if you frequently log in from the same device.
