# How to Track Virtual Evaluations

PepCare allows you to monitor every virtual evaluation in just a few clicks—keeping you informed and organized.

### Step 1: Navigate to the Virtual Evaluation Tab

From your dashboard, go to the **Virtual Evaluation** section on the left-hand menu.

### Step 2: View All Active Evaluations

Here, you’ll see a full list of patients currently assigned to you or your team. Each row includes:

-   Patient name
-   Status (e.g., Active, Pending)
-   Date and time
-   Assigned doctor
-   Due date

### Step 3: Take Action

-   Click on the three-dot menu (**⋯**) at the right of any patient row to:
-   Create a referral
-   Send a message
-   Create a virtual recall
-   Close the evaluation if completed

✅ **Pro Tip:** Use the search bar at the top to filter evaluations by status.
