# How to View, Share and Download Progress Reports

With PepCare, reviewing your treatment progress is just a few clicks away. Your progress reports are securely stored, easy to access, and simple to share when needed. Here's how to stay informed and in control of your care journey.

### Step 1: Go to the Progress Report Section

From your left-hand menu, click **Progress Report**. You’ll see a list of your available reports, each including details like the doctor’s name, type of treatment, and creation date.

### Step 2: View the Report

Click on the eye icon under the **Actions** column to open a report. You can see full treatment details including:

-   Progress of Treatment (e.g., On time, Altered)
-   Oral Hygiene feedback
-   Cooperation notes
-   Additional comments from your provider

### Step 3: Download as PDF

You can also keep a digital or printed copy:

-   While viewing a report, click **Save as PDF** at the top right.
-   This generates a downloadable version you can save or print.

### Step 4: Share the Report

To share the report with another doctor or clinic:

Select the checkbox next to the report you want to share.

Click the **share icon** at the top right corner.

In the pop-up, choose recipients from your doctor list.

Click **Share** to send it securely.
