What to Expect From a Virtual Evaluation

A virtual evaluation is a secure, time-saving way to get professional insights from your provider—without having to step into the clinic. With PepCare, you can review your evaluation anytime, access your doctor's feedback, and ask follow-up questions, all in one place.

Here’s what you can expect:

1. Review Your Evaluation Anytime

Once your doctor has completed the virtual evaluation, you’ll receive a notification and it will appear on your Dashboard under Virtual Evaluations. Click on the item to view the full report.

You’ll be able to see:

  • The reason for the evaluation
  • Your doctor’s clinical findings
  • Any notes or recommendations

2. Send a Message Instantly

Have questions? Want to clarify something? From the same screen, you can instantly send a secure message to your doctor. Just click the message icon and your chat will open—no need to switch tabs.

3. You Can Start a Virtual Evaluation, Too

If your doctor allows patient-initiated evaluations, you’ll see a "Create Virtual Evaluation" button on your dashboard. You can also go to the Doctors tab, locate the provider, and click the Virtual Evaluation button on their card to begin.

From there:

  • Describe your concern or reason for the evaluation
  • Attach any relevant documents or images (optional)
  • Submit your request
  • Your doctor will review and respond within their usual timeframe.
