Understanding Your Patient Dashboard
Your PepCare Patient Dashboard is designed to help you stay informed and in control of your care—all from one secure, easy-to-navigate space.
Key Modules You’ll Use
1. Referrals
Track all your referrals in one place—whether you were referred to another provider or received a virtual referral. Each card includes who referred you, the referral type, and its current status.
2. Virtual Evaluation
Access any virtual assessments assigned to you. These are typically pre-visit forms, photo uploads, or health history questions your doctor wants you to complete before an appointment. If an evaluation is pending, it will be visible here with its status and deadline.
3. Virtual Recall
If a provider has scheduled a follow-up for you, you’ll see it under the Virtual Recall tab. You can check the status, assigned provider, and next steps.
3. Doctor Search
Looking for a specific provider within the PepCare network? Use the Doctor Search feature to explore specialists available to you.
4. Progress Report
Here you’ll find progress updates submitted by your doctor after each visit. These include treatment notes, hygiene status, and cooperation details. If your doctor has shared the report with you, it will be accessible here.
5. Educate and Documents
Browse educational materials and care documents shared by your care team. These may include post-visit instructions, visual guides, or articles relevant to your treatment.
6. Patient Vault
All important files related to your care—medical forms, shared PDFs, or previous reports—are stored securely here for on-demand access.
Customize Your Profile
Click on your profile in the top right corner to:
- Update your contact information
- Modify your password
- Manage notification preferences
You can also add Dependent Profiles (e.g., for a child or elderly family member), giving you visibility and control over their care journey from the same dashboard.
Secure Messaging Everywhere
Need to message your provider? You can do that directly from most modules—whether you're inside a referral, progress report, or even a virtual recall screen.
