Sharing Progress Reports

With PepCare, securely sharing patient progress updates is simple and fast—so everyone stays in the loop.

Step 1: Select the Report You Want to Share

From the Progress Report section on your dashboard, find the report you want to share.
Check the box next to the patient’s name.

Step 2: Click the Share Icon

Once selected, click the Share icon (🔗) located in the upper-right corner of the screen.

Step 3: Choose Recipients

A new panel will appear. You can now:

• Search and select individuals under the "Personal" tab, or
• Share with a group of providers via the "Group" tab.

Step 4: Click “Share”

Once your recipients are selected, hit the blue Share button to complete the action.

Your report will now be accessible to the chosen providers, helping your team stay aligned on treatment plans.
