How to Sign Up as a Multi-Doctor Group Practice

PepCare makes it easy for group practices to connect their entire care team under one secure platform. Whether you’re a dental group, pediatric team, or multi-specialty clinic, you can set up your practice in just a few steps.

Step 1: Create the Main Admin Account

Use your practice’s primary email (e.g., referral@dentalpractice.com or info@dentalpractice.com).

This account will serve as the admin and manage all doctors within your group.

Step 2: Invite Doctors to Join Your Practice

From your PepCare dashboard:

Go to Doctor Management.

Select Invite Doctor.

Click Add Doctor to Your Practice.

Each doctor will receive an invitation to join.

Step 3: Doctors Can Also Sign Up Individually

A doctor can create their own PepCare account.

After signing up, they can request to join your practice.

The admin simply reviews and approves the request.

Step 4: Connect and Collaborate Seamlessly

Once your team is connected, you’ll unlock:

Multi-specialty care coordination, so specialists and GPs work together with ease.
