Messaging Other Providers

Collaborating across practices is a core strength of PepCare. Whether you're co-managing a case or consulting another doctor, you can securely message other providers—right inside the platform.

Option 1: Quick Access via Dashboard

• From your Dashboard, locate close to the profile section.
• Find the  message bubble icon and click it. 
• This opens a secure message window where you can communicate directly—without navigating away.

🟢 This is the fastest way to send a provider-to-provider message in just one click.

Option 2: Doctor Management Tab

• Go to Doctor Management from the left-hand menu.
• Search for the relevant patient.
• Click the three-dot menu (⋯) under the Actions column.
• Select “Message” to open a direct thread with the assigned provider.

This method gives full patient context while enabling seamless collaboration between clinicians.

Option 3: Within Virtual Recall or Referrals

Messaging options are also available from specific modules like:

• Virtual Recall: Click the ⋯ menu next to the patient to “Message Provider.”
• Referrals: Open a referral case and click the ⋯ icon to send messages related to the case.
