How to Switch Between Linked Accounts (e.g., Child Profile)

If you manage care for a child or another family member, PepCare makes it easy to switch between linked accounts without needing to log in and out each time. Here's how you can toggle between profiles in just a few clicks.

Step-by-Step Guide

Access the Profile Menu
From your Dashboard, click on your profile photo or name at the top-right corner of the screen.
This opens a dropdown menu.

Select the Linked Account
Under your account options, you'll see a section listing your linked profiles (e.g., your child’s name).
Simply click on the name of the person you want to switch to.

Instant View Update
Once selected, the entire PepCare interface will switch to display that person’s account (e.g., all their evaluations, recalls, progress reports, and documents).
You’ll now be acting on behalf of that patient.

Switch Back Anytime
To return to your own account, just repeat the same steps and select your name from the dropdown.
