How to Invite a Doctor to PepCare

Want to bring another provider into the loop? Inviting a doctor to PepCare takes just a few seconds and helps streamline referrals, messaging, and collaboration.

Step 1: Go to Doctor Management

From your left-hand navigation menu, select Doctor Management.

Step 2: Click “Invite Doctor”

In the upper right corner of your screen, click the blue Invite Doctor button.

Step 3: Enter Doctor Details

You’ll be prompted to fill in the doctor’s:

• Full name
• Email address
• Mobile number (optional)

Once the form is completed, click Send Invite.

📩 The invited doctor will receive an email with a link to join PepCare and set up their account.
