Your PepCare profile is the digital face of your practice. In just a few minutes, you can set up a professional, complete profile that builds trust with your peers and patients.

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Log in to your PepCare account
From the dashboard, click on your profile icon at the top right corner of the screen.

2. Click “My Profile”
A dropdown menu will appear. Select “My Profile” to open your account settings.

3. Add Your Photo
Upload a high-quality, professional photo to personalize your profile.

4. Enter Practice Details

• Add your practice name
• Select your specialty
• Enter your office address (including multiple locations, if applicable)
• Add your office phone number and website if available

5. Upload Office Photos (Optional)
You may include visuals of your practice to make your profile more informative and welcoming.

6. Add Your Bio
Write a short paragraph about your clinical expertise, treatment philosophy, and years of experience.

7. Save Changes
Click “Save” at the bottom of the page to publish your updates.

Your profile is visible to other providers and patients—make sure it reflects your expertise clearly. A complete profile increases referrals.
