Sending Secure Messages to Patients
With PepCare, you can securely message your patients without leaving your dashboard. There are multiple ways to start a conversation—choose whichever works best for your workflow.
Option 1: Quick Access via Dashboard
- From your Dashboard, locate close to the profile section.
- Find the message bubble icon and click it.
- This opens a secure message window where you can communicate directly—without navigating away.
This is the fastest way to send a secure message in one click.
Option 2: Patient Management Tab
- Go to Patient Management from the left menu.
- Find the patient you want to message.
- Click the three-dot menu (⋯) under the Actions column.
- Select “Message” from the dropdown.
This allows you to view their full profile and message them in context.
Option 3: Other Modules
You’ll also find messaging options integrated within several other modules, such as:
- Referrals: Send a message directly from a referral card.
- Virtual Evaluation: Message patients about their submitted cases.
- Virtual Recall: Follow up on long-term care with secure communication.
Keep an eye out for the message icon wherever you work—it’s your shortcut to patient communication.
