How to View, Share and Download Progress Reports

With PepCare, reviewing your treatment progress is just a few clicks away. Your progress reports are securely stored, easy to access, and simple to share when needed. Here's how to stay informed and in control of your care journey.

Step 1: Go to the Progress Report Section

From your left-hand menu, click Progress Report. You’ll see a list of your available reports, each including details like the doctor’s name, type of treatment, and creation date.

Step 2: View the Report

Click on the eye icon under the Actions column to open a report. You can see full treatment details including:

• Progress of Treatment (e.g., On time, Altered)
• Oral Hygiene feedback
• Cooperation notes
• Additional comments from your provider

Step 3: Download as PDF

You can also keep a digital or printed copy:

• While viewing a report, click Save as PDF at the top right.
• This generates a downloadable version you can save or print.

Step 4: Share the Report

To share the report with another doctor or clinic:

Select the checkbox next to the report you want to share.

Click the share icon at the top right corner.

In the pop-up, choose recipients from your doctor list.

Click Share to send it securely.
